Ba Tau investments was registered in 2006 officially as a transport and construction business, whose focus was on commercial transport and property development which included residential accommodation renting. The idea of fuel service station was inspired by primarily the need to diversify the company but importantly by the plight of local communities including SMMEs in the area who had to travel 30 kilometers to access fuel.
